The Challenge
Lyfsum faced the challenge of creating a seamless platform that integrates international and Indian portals for medical tourism and doctor appointment booking. They needed a solution that would connect patients with individual doctors, clinics, and hospitals, while also providing a user-friendly experience for both patients and healthcare providers.

Product Overview
Lyfsum offers a comprehensive platform that combines medical tourism services with doctor appointment booking. Patients can search for and book appointments with doctors, clinics, and hospitals in Indian locations. The platform also provides information on medical tourism packages, including travel and accommodation arrangements.

Stages
User Persona
We began by defining the user persona for Lyfsum, which includes patients seeking medical treatment abroad, as well as those looking for healthcare services in India. Understanding their needs and preferences helped us tailor the platform to meet their requirements.
Wireframes
Our next step was to create wireframes that outlined the structure and functionality of the platform. This helped us visualize the user flow and ensure that the design would be intuitive and user-friendly.
UI Design
Using the wireframes as a guide, we developed a UI design that reflects Lyfsum's brand identity. We integrated a medical plus symbol within a heart to represent health and care, symbolizing Lyfsum's commitment to patient well-being. We gave the portal a modern look and incorporated pastel colours to create a calming and reassuring atmosphere.
Development
The final stage involved developing the platform and integrating backend CMS portals for doctors and partners. The platform was built using the latest web technologies to ensure a seamless user experience. Integration with third-party services allowed for real-time appointment management and communication between patients and healthcare providers.

Branding
Lyfsum's branding includes the integration of a medical plus symbol within a heart, representing health and care. This symbol is used throughout the platform to reinforce Lyfsum's commitment to providing quality healthcare services to patients around the world.

Typography & Colours
For typography, we chose DM Sans for its clean and modern aesthetic, aligning with Lyfsum's brand image. The use of pastel colors creates a calming and reassuring atmosphere, enhancing the user experience and reflecting Lyfsum's focus on patient well-being.
